I hate this!!!
Just got back the photos that will be gracing Campus Technology magazine in the coming months. I am a fat girl and I hate it. I hate lugging around this extra 30 pounds of chunk. I hate looking like a blond jabba the hut in a dress. So what am I going to do about it??? I have already been watching what I eat, exercising daily, and not drinking the alcohols more than twice a week. So what is left??? I am going to get a trainer again, allow myself only one drink a week. Run 2 miles in the morning instead of one. Cut out the chocolate in my milk in the morning and the extras I allow myself throughout the week. No sugar ever!!!!! (except for my weekly margarita)and I am going to get more serious about eating right. I am going to eat more protein and good fats... maybe start my day with a egg. Hmm.... Maybe just maybe this will get it done.

If you're looking for a workout partner, let me know! I just started the 'Couch to 5K' program. Working my way through week one still.
I never really had much luck with losing weight from exercising. Lost 30+ pounds in less than three months now, mostly from just not eating that much. Averaged 700/kcal day for the first month and lost about 20 pounds. Not losing weight as fast now since I started running and biking more, but I think I'm starting to build muscle again.
