Pesca-what?

So exercise, diet pills, and eating "right" have not done their job. I keep finding myself gaining weight. It is super frustrating! In my latest attempt to ensure good eating decisions and exercise traits, I have set new rules.

1.) 75-80 sits-ups at night during random 2 minute commercial break
2.) arm work - do before shower in am and before bed at night
3.) yoga - Mon and Wed classes
4.) eat no mammals and avoid their products (dairy, eggs, etc)
5.) breathe of fire while dog does business in AM
6.) squats while waiting for toaster
7.) and leg lifts

I am continuing my other exercises and am maintaining my calorie limitation. I am so frickin hungry!!!!!

Today's food:
breakfast: sprouted toast (2 slices), crunchy pb and honey
lunch: walnuts, pecans, dark chocolate; pita chips with guacamole
dinner: 3 shrimp in wrap with cilantro and verde salsa
snack: pita chips
